  • Identify German and worldwide investors and select qualified interested parties
  • Prepare and compile sales oriented company information
  • Contact interested parties on senior management level personally and discretely
  • Manage transaction process and create competitive situation to optimise sale proceeds (e.g. initiation of an auction process)
  • Suggest restructuring measures to define best suited transaction object (if applicable)
  • Prepare and accompany the due diligence
  • Lead negotiations until signing of purchase contract
