Sale Mandates
We structure the sales process and advise selling shareholders on all relevant decisions:
- Analyse the company and the (personal) situation of the seller
- Consider and evaluate chances and risks of alternative transaction structures
- Identify German and worldwide investors and select qualified interested parties
- Prepare and compile sales oriented company information
- Contact interested parties on senior management level personally and discretely
- Manage transaction process and create competitive situation to optimise sale proceeds (e.g. initiation of an auction process)
- Suggest restructuring measures to define best suited transaction object (if applicable)
- Prepare and accompany the due diligence
- Lead negotiations until signing of purchase contract
